Three rules that hold for every tiptoe prompt:

1. The action goes early. Models weight the front of the prompt more heavily. Bury "tiptoeing" in the back half and you get a normal walk.
2. Name the sneakers. "High-top basketball sneakers" gets you Js. "Fresh sneakers" gets you whatever the model feels like.
3. Serious character, silly walk. The comedy is the contrast. A clown tiptoeing is fine; a surgeon tiptoeing through an operating room is better.
